If customers are not completely satisfied with goods purchased from Madame Hair they may be returned for a refund, exchange, replacement or even just fixed please just let us know. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and must be done within 14 days from the day of your receipt using a reliable courier service(this return responsibility lies with the customer).
All returned goods must be contained in their original packaging and must be unopened and unworn. If a color exchange is desired please ensure the string binding the extensions at the top of the packet is not tampered with as this invalidates any refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of return to Madame Hair. Refunds will not include any postage costs and covers only basic postage on Next Day Delivery.
We understand with hair extensions computer display screens may vary from the actual real life shade in natural light. This is why we have included videos of our different hair extension shades at the bottom of most hair extension pages, to view please just scroll down each page and press Play on the video.
Please contact us through the website beforehand to inform us of any return/exchange requests to get our Returns Address. If the goods are faulty or the mistake lies with us the goods can be returned to us and we will re-send the correct order at no cost to the customer.
