Madame Hair will at all times protect customer information and will not use customer information for anything other than ensuring customers receive orders as quickly as possible. We take customer privacy very seriously. We endeavor to build up strong customer relationships this why we encourage customers to join our database so we can establish customer preferences and discover how to serve you better.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
All goods will remain in our possession until payment has been received. We shall endeavor that all orders are met within the time period estimated. We will swiftly advise if your item is not in stock. Please ensure all postage information given during ordering is correct at the time of purchase as this is the address we will post to. If you realise there is anything you missed out please advise us straight away by emailing info@madamehair.co.uk within 30 minutes of ordering. 
So far as we hold all order information orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours(Mon-Fri) of your order being confirmed. Orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days (Urgent) or 2-5 working days (Non-Urgent/Free delivery) within UK mainland. Next Day Delivery is available and Overseas orders are normally delivered with 7 working days.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays encountered by the delivery courier or should you not be at home to receive your order (Signed For Service) nor if you are unable to collect from the courier within the designated timescale. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
